Honda TL High Boy Frame

Our new High Boy Frame has been built in the same style as the original frame of the 70s. But we have sharpened the head angle a touch, by altering the fork offset by 1 1/2 degrees and lengthened the swinging arm by about an inch and a 1/4 to maintain the wheel base of 51 1/2 inches. We have obviously taken advantage of modern machining technology.

All our gusset and plates are laser cut, we have used T45 tubing for the main components with CDS used on minor cross rails. The Frame kit consists of main frame, swinging arm plus spindle, bushes & nuts, it is finished in quality polished chrome (this kits is for off road use only)
