Guide to Placing an Order. Tip: If you have any questions regarding an item please ask prior to placing an order by using the “Ask a question about this product” tab under the product description – thank you.
1. It is advisable to register prior to placing an order. To do this scroll down the page, next to “Username” and “Password” you will see “Register”. Click on “Register” to proceed. Don’t forget to click on the tick box and agree to the “Terms of service”. 2. Select the items you require, choose the correct specifications from the drop down list if there is one, choose the correct quantity using the up/down arrows then press “Buy”. 3. You will then see your order. If you wish to add more items click on the “Keep Shopping” tab. 4. Repeat above as often as necessary. 5. Once your order is complete click on the “Checkout” tab.**
Tip: If you have navigated away from your order just click on the “View Shopping Cart” tab to take you back. You may be asked to log back in.
**If you have not yet registered please do so now by selecting the “New? Please provide Billing information” tab.** Don’t forget to click on the tick box and agree to the “Terms of service”.
6. You will be taken back to your order. Here you will see the items you require plus the your billing address and shipping address. Important! If you would like your parcel posted to a different address please click on the “Add a new Shipping Address” tab and complete. Don’t forget to click on the tick box and agree to the “Terms of service” then “SAVE”. 7. Once again you are taken back to your order. Scroll down the page and click the “Next” tab. 8. Scroll down the page and select shipping method if required. Click “Next” tab. 9. At this point check your order and delivery details are correct. Add any comments or notes in the box provided (ie, Please leave parcel with a neighbour / Sizes ordered as advised / Bushes required with Shocks etc.) Don’t forget to click on the tick box and agree to the “Terms of service”. Then click on the red “Place Order” tab. 10. UK & European customers only:- “Thank you for your order” will appear. Please proceed “To Pay Now Click the Button Below” – Click on the “Continue” tab to be taken to our “Padlock Secure” SagePay screen to complete your by paying by card. International Non European customers only:- Thank you for your order will appear with a note stating “We will contact you to let you know when we have updated the shipping price on your order. Only then will you need to enter your payment details.” We will now calculate a shipping amount and add it to your order. You will receive an email saying your “Order Status” has been updated with a message stating postage has been added. You can now follow the link provided within your email to take you back to your order whereby you’ll see “Pay Now” by Clicking on the “Continue” tab to be taken to our “Padlock Secure” SagePay screen to complete your by paying by card.
Tip: If you log out or come away from the website after placing your order to find it again proceed to log back in, scroll back down the page and click on “Account Maintenance” tab. Then scroll down to find “Order Information”. All orders you have placed will be listed. To proceed with a payment select the |
